Manage and oversee the support and maintenance of over 400 conference rooms worldwide. Design and lead the installation of over $3,000,000.00 of upgrades annually. Manage and adhere to multi-million dollar budgets, and track asset depreciation. Design and manage a $1,650,000.00 AV installation of a new, 7 story office building in Worcester, MA containing 37 integrated conference rooms and 2 auditoriums. Provide training to 6 room support technicians and 15+ service desk technicians to respond to AV service calls. Initiate and lead a weekly collaborative skills training seminar class open to all employees as both teachers and students. Design a custom Share Point Website for team collaboration and data management. Tier-3 trouble shooting of all A/V related room equipment and infrastructure. Administer video-conference infrastructure, including 500+ endpoints and 3 internal video bridging systems. Support enterprise-wide meetings, live events, and web casting/net-based knowledge transfer. Support Adobe Connect web conferencing tool including integrated audio bridging from a third party provider. U.S. Court of Appeals Technology Specialist

March 2007 - February 2012 (5 years) Pasadena, California

Implement, maintain and provide customer service for all video conferencing systems, including offices and courtrooms, for 44 Federal Judges and their staff across 10 states. Assisted in operation of multiple PBX telephony systems including Avaya, Nortel and IP Telephony systems. Facilitate audio and video recording of all court proceedings.
